Seer began as SeerBI — a company with a straightforward conviction: that data, properly harnessed, could transform the industries that underpin how the world moves. From that foundation, we built something more ambitious.

Global Impact
In 2025, Flytta — a trade automation platform developed and spun out from Seer — was acquired by Sedna, a London-based technology company backed by Insight Partners. It was a validation of the kind of technology we are capable of building, and of the calibre of work that comes out of this company.
Seer is evolving. The next stage of the company’s development is underway, and we are not yet in a position to share the details publicly.
What we can say is this: the foundation is in place — technically, commercially and strategically. The work we have done, the platforms we have built and the problems we have solved are not an end point. They are a foundation.
